A few months ago I received a postcard in the mail about selling my house.  I owned a house in Alpharetta, Georgia, but was now living in California.  I rented the house out for a few years, but then needed to sell it.  I contacted a real estate agent, and we discussed numbers …how much it would cost to fix up the property, the real estate agent’s fee, and the selling price.  I had an idea of what I could expect to get out of the sell of my property, however, what was unknown was how long would my house sit on the market?  How many mortgage payments would I have to make with the house sitting empty, and furthermore, how much of my own time would I have to put into getting the house ready for sale?

Out of curiosity, I contacted Jeff Strada about his unique manner of purchasing my home.  I saw that if I went with Jeff that I could get a fair price for my home and completely avoid all my concerns about trying to sell the house (especially from out-of-state).   However, I didn’t know Jeff, and quite honestly I was a bit apprehensive as to whether this was for real.  I did some checking about Jeff’s business and felt as comfortable as I could about proceeding forward.

I had qualified for a new house in the latter part of 2005 and was unable to sell my house through the traditional process with real estate agents.  Since I did not want to become involved with renters, I was making payments on both the old and the new house for over 12 months.

The sale progressed at a reasonable speed and closed on time.  His attorney e-mailed all of the closing documents to me for signature and was extremely helpful with any and all questions I had regarding the closing.  My funds were wired to my account promptly.

Mr. Strada conducted our transaction very professionally and was a pleasure to work with.  I believe anyone working with him would be very satisfied with the way he handles his business.
